The colours assigned to the sessions are designed to help navigate which workshops are for whom.

Yellow (Evening) Sessions: For All Participants, from no experience to experienced meditator

Green (Afternoon) Sessions: For All participants: choose the workshop to suit your experience / interest

- These Sessions are each related to the overall theme of Living Connections, and can be attended individually.


Blue (Morning) Sessions: For those who are familiar with Anthroposophical Meditation, or have an established meditation practice

Red (Mid-Morning) Sessions: For those with an established meditation practice or an interest to know more about Anthroposophical Meditation

- The Blue and Red Sessions are each designed as a 3-part offering, and attendance at all three parts are encouraged.
